How do I apply to an affiliate program?

To apply to an affiliate program, you need to head to Opportunities and scroll through all the open opportunities. To apply, simply click Apply to program and fill in the required information and press Apply. 

Brands/retailers can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days to respond to your application.

If you have been denied acceptance into their program, you will be notified via email and can reapply in 7-working days.

Our system automatically generates a link for you once you’ve been accepted into an affiliate program. This link will be emailed to you but you can also find this link in your Dashboard > My Links. 

If you’d like to generate your own link, just head to My Retailers > Generate link and you’ll be able to generate a link for any brand affiliate program you’ve been accepted into.

Your links will be saved into the My Links section on your dashboard, but you will also be sent an email with this link in.

Where do I find my discount codes?

Discount codes are a large part of what drives sales through social affiliates and as such, brands may assign you a discount code through the platform.

If you have been assigned a discount code through Avelon, it will be stored in My Retailers > Promo Codes. 

If a brand has provided you a discount code but you haven’t been assigned that discount code in Avelon under My Retailers > Promo Codes – then you’ll need to ask the brand to assign it to your profile. Avelon cannot track promo codes that have not been added to our system or assigned to an affiliate.

I haven't been given a discount code. What do I do?

If you haven’t been assigned a discount code, then either the brand/retailer hasn’t agreed to provide you a discount code or they may assign you a code at a later date. 

If you have been accepted into the brands affiliate program, you can message them directly using the Messaging feature.

This Messaging feature is only available to you if you have been accepted into the brands affiliate program or you are a verified affiliate.

What is Avelon verification?

Avelon verification is a manual process whereby you add a code to your social media bio and one of our team will verify that you are who you say you are.

Verification bumps you up in the Affiliate Search function for brands, meaning you get recommended to brands more – plus, you get priority customer support.

To get verified, just head to Settings and request verification.

You’ll need to have completed your profile checklist to pass verification, which includes adding a profile photo, your social media, writing a bio and syncing your bank account.

When will I get paid my commission?

Commissions are paid the following month of the sale taking place. You can find all the information you’ll ever need on affiliate commissions in this link
