We got contacted from an employee of Gartner Digital Markets a few months back. If you don’t know Gartner, they’re the largest software comparison platform in the world and virtually everyone uses them to determine their next SaaS purchase.
Gartner were interested in the business and how we were gaining such consistently positive reviews over the past 12-months, followed by some tips on how to optimise our profile and recommended we start translating the platform into multiple languages (coming soon).
Fast forward to 8th May 2024 and we had an email drop in our inbox stating we had a few badges available. Not thinking much of it, I clicked the link and came across four new badges with a congratulations message. We’d just won Best Value, Best Customer Support, Best Functionality & Features and Best Ease of Use!
Why is this a big deal? Because those are the four pillars we’re trying to build upon for Avelon: make it easy to use, provide the best features, offer amazing customer support and provide the platform at incredible value.
