If there are no discount codes available in the Promo codes section of your Dashboard, then that means you have no discount codes assigned to you. You can reach out to a Brand/Retailer/Directly to request a discount code be assigned to your profile.

If a brand has contacted you directly to give you a discount code but the code is not valid in your Promo codes, then Avelon will not track that codes usage. You must have the discount code assigned to you in Promo codes for Avelon to track that discount code. We recommend you reach out to the brand directly to get them to assign the code to you.

If you’re worried that there may have been sales using your discount code but you have not been attributed the sales, please contact our Support Team directly. We have the ability to retroactively attribute sales from brands for up to 3-months.
