No, we do not offer a free trial for any of our options. Everyone gets 30-days free at the beginning of their contract to ensure they have completed their onboarding/integration tasks.
We bill once a month from the date that you initially started your subscription. All subscriptions are dealt with through our payment provider, Stripe.
No – any tangible costs to you are excluded from commissions.
To exclude VAT being included in your product commissions, simply let us know and we’ll remove VAT from your product offerings.
Our Revenue Share is a share of commission with the affiliate. The Revenue Share is variable, depending on the volume each affiliate drives.
The affiliate will only ever see the NET amount they will earn, whilst you, the brand, will see both the GROSS and NET figure.
Affiliates get paid through our automatic commission distribution system, meaning you simply pay us the commission due and we distribute the funds accordingly.
Your accounts team will be sent an invoice on the 1st of the month and your designated bank account will be debited on the 14th 0r 30th – depending on your returns window.
On the 15th of the next month, affiliates will all be paid.
