Here’s how to reset your Avelon Account password and regain access to your account.
The easiest way to reset your password is through the Password reset page on the sign in page. You will be required to enter your Account email address and you will be sent an email to reset your password.
If you do not receive a password reset email, please check your Junk or Spam box on your email.
Reset your password whilst logged in
You can also reset your password whilst logged in. To do this, follow the below instructions:
- Go to Account or Settings
- Scroll down to Change Password
