Referring brands to Avelon
If you’d like to work with a brand who isn’t currently available on Avelon, just refer the brand to us and earn a kickback when they onboard to the platform.
What will I earn for a referral?
On successful referral of a brand to Avelon, we pay you, the referrer, either 20% of the subscription cost from the brand for 6-months or 20% of our revenue share for 6-months. This means if the brand signs up on one of our plans, we will either:
- Pay you, the referrer, 20% of their subscription cost for 6-months, or
- Pay you, the referrer, 6% of the total commission for 6-months

- Monthly subscription explains the subscription plan they choose
- Cost of subscription is the monthly cost of the plan
- Referral payment is payment you will receive each month
- Total payments is the total payment you will receive over 6-months
An example of choosing option 2 is below. The table explains that if a merchant is due to pay £1000.00 of commission in a month, you will earn a certain amount:

- Total turnover explains their total amount of sales that have been tracked through the platform
- Commission at 10% explains how much commission they are due to pay affiliates at an average of 10%
- Referral payment is how much you will earn as the referrer every month, should the total turnover and commission be retained at the averages
How do I refer a brand to Avelon?
If you are a user of Avelon and want to refer a brand to Avelon, follow the below steps:
- Click My Retailers on the left hand side of your Dashboard
- Click Brand referrals at the top of the page tab
- Click Refer a Brand or Retailer
- Enter all the information you can
- Press Submit

How do I get paid for my referrals?
All brand referral earnings are added to your Avelon wallet on the 15th of every month.
If you are not on Avelon and are referring brands to us, you will be paid at the end of the referral period. You will be required to submit an invoice to us. All payments are processed once subscriptions and commissions are confirmed.
Can I change my referral option once it has started?
Once you have chosen your referral option, you cannot change it – so please choose carefully.
Are there any rules for how many brands I can refer?
You can refer as many brands as you like to Avelon. However, if the brand meets any of the criteria below, then your referral will not count:
- Already signed up on Avelon
- In conversation with Avelon already
- A previous user of Avelon
