I need a receipt for my commission payment

Getting a receipt for your commission payments is incredibly simple. In this guide, we’ll show you how.

How do I get a receipt of my commission payment?

To obtain a receipt of our payment to you, you first need to add your address to our system. To add your address:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Click Add your address
  3. Add your address to our database + press Submit
Once you have completed the above:
  1. Go to Account
  2. Click Payment history
  3. Click Download receipt next to the payment you need a receipt for
Your receipt will download directly to your desktop downloads.

There are no available payments in my payment history?

If there are no available payments in your payment history, it means you have not been paid yet. This could be due a few reasons:

  1. You have not earned any commission or you are within the commission processing window
  2. You have not added your bank account yet
