How long will a sale stay 'pending' before it is confirmed?

Sale statuses are pending until the 5th of the month for the pending billing cycle. If a sale has the status ‘pending’ – then it means the sale is still waiting for approval from the Merchant. If a Merchant does not notify us of a cancellation, return or part-return prior to the end of the billing cycle, the sale will move to ‘approved’ and that commission is then confirmed.

For example, if you make a sale in December, then the billing cycle ends on the 2nd of February and your wallet gets updated on 5th February.

Can a status be denied?

Yes – a sales status can be denied until the same date it can be approved. You will see the word ‘denied’ in the status column if your sale has been denied.

Denials can happen for a number of reasons, but 99% of the time it is for a cancellation or refund.
