Why doesn't my promo code work at the checkout?
If your promo code doesn’t work at the checkout, it could be that:
- The Merchant never created the promo code in their eCommerce platform, or
- Your promo code is valid on a specific number of items, not every item
To test this, check the promo code against different items on the merchants website such as sale items and full RRP items / items that aren’t discounted. If the promo code works on some items, then it means the promo code is restricted to use on specific items.
If the promo code does not work at all on any item, it means your promo code is not valid. We recommend reaching out to the Merchant via the Inbox feature to diagnose this issue.
