How long does verification take?
Verification is a manual process and takes 24-72 hours.
If you pass verification, you will be notified by email and you may remove the code from your social media account.
It has been longer than 72-hours. Why?
If verification has been longer than 72-hours, it means that you have not passed verification or you have not notified us that you have added your code to your social media account.
Verification is a manual process and you must respond to the verification email notifying us that you have added the code to your social media account. Our team will then manually check you have added the code to the corresponding social media account on your Avelon profile.
Verification does not move into a ‘denied’ state – you simply remain pending for the foreseeable future. You will not be notified if you fail verification.
