Do I need to invoice you for commission payments?

No – you do not need to invoice us for commission payments. Commission payments are billed on a self-billing invoice cycle, meaning we raise your invoice to us on your behalf. Explore this guide for the full explanation.

How to access your self-billing invoice

To obtain a self-billing invoice, you first need to add your address to our system. To add your address:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Click Add your address
  3. Add your address to our database + press Submit
Once you have completed the above:
  1. Go to Account
  2. Go to Payment history
  3. Click download invoice next to the payment you need your self-billing invoice for

The invoice will download directly to your desktop downloads.

Why does Avelon raise an invoice on my behalf?

We raise an invoice for you because we like to keep things simple. These are called self-billing invoices and are legally accepted by all governments as a form of invoice. 

There’s no point you invoicing us every month for commission payments when we can just do it for you.
