How to complete your affiliate profile when you join Avelon. We recommend adding all your social media URLs, a bio and a profile photo to your profile.
I can't remember my login email
Option 1: try resetting your password
If you forgot your login email, just go to:
- Password reset
- Enter the email address you think you signed up with
If you receive an email with a password reset link, then this is the email you originally signed up with.
Option 2: search your email inbox
Try searching your inbox for an email from hello@avelonetwork.com.
This is the email address we send activation emails from. If you have an email from hello@avelonetwork.com, then this is the email you originally signed up with.
If you still can't find the email address
Activation links are only valid for 24-hours. If you signed up, or you were invited to a program, and didn’t click your activation link, your account will not be activated.
You will simply need to sign up again, or ask the merchant who invited you to send you an invitation again. Remember to click the activation link in the email.
If you don’t receive the activation link, check your spam folder or check the next step.
I still can't access Avelon
We have incredibly strict guidelines as to who can use our technology. If your profile is in breach of our terms and conditions, then your account will be removed and blocked from signing up again.
