Why is my Account limited?

Your Brand Account will be limited to solely working with a number of publishers/affiliates if you signed up on our ‘Limited’ plan. In this article, we’ll explain how you can gain access to all our other publishers/affiliates and all other features on our Starter, Premium or Enterprise plans.

The Avelon Limited plan is designed to let you work with a limited numbers of publishers within the Endurance Zone network of Rewards Partners. You can set commission, assign discount codes and track sales/commissions for the partners you have in your program, but you cannot invite any other partners to join your program.

If you would like to upgrade your plan, head to the Avelon Billing Hub or contact your Account Manager. 

You must be assigned as a user on your affiliate program to be able to access the Billing Hub.

Who can I work with on Limited?

You are able to work with the Affiliate categories Rewards > Reward Partners on our Limited plan. To find these affiliates, just go to Affiliates and use the dropdown filters and press Search.

Can I upgrade my Account?

You can upgrade your Brand Account from Limited to either Starter, Premium or Enterprise through the Avelon Billing Hub or by contacting your Account Manager. We recommend booking a call with your Account Manager to run you through the different pricing plans. They will also be able to upgrade your account immediately and you will have access to all affiliates.
