Exporting data from Avelon

If you would like to export data from Avelon for further analysis, you can do so very easily. We host ‘Export’ buttons on every page where data can be exported, but in this guide we’ll show you exactly how to export and utilise the data.

Exporting all sales data

If you would like to export all sales data, you can do so by clicking the Export All Sales button on the top right of your Dashboard. Once you press this button, a download will start and all the data will be available in a .csv format.

The file name will follow the format ‘sales’ followed by the date range you have selected in the custom date range selector. For example, if you selected October 1st 2024 – November 1st 2024, the file will be named sales-2024-10-01-2024-11-01.

Exporting all traffic data

To export all your traffic data, including top referrer traffic, top referrers (most orders), top languages traffic and top languages (most orders), you must go to Click Inspector. Click Inspector is available through Dashboard > Click Inspector.

Once Click Inspector has loaded, you can press any of the Export buttons on the page. Each export is specific to the table it is assigned to, so every export will provide you a different set of results. You can filter each export results through any of the filters, including Filter affiliates and the custom date range selector.

Exporting all affiliates & discount codes

Exporting all affiliates and discount codes will provide you all the affiliate PK’s (ID’s), their full names, social media URLs and the discount codes you have assigned to the affiliates. You can perform this export through My Affiliates > Export All Affiliates.

The file name will be called Affiliates.
