Pause/delete your Avelon account
If you’d like to leave Avelon and delete all your data, you are required to take a few steps.
The easiest way to cancel your Avelon subscription and delete your Account is by notifying your Account Manager, who will action all requests for cancellation within 48-hours. Please be aware that whilst you may have ended your subscription, you are still liable for any outstanding commissions within your current monthly billing period and any potential outstanding commissions within your attribution window.
- Go to Account > Avelon Billing Hub > Cancel subscription (follow the steps)
- Notify your Account Manager of cancellation and request of data deletion
- Account Manager will notify you of your outstanding commitments and cancellation period
How long does it take to delete my Account?
Account deletion depends on how long your Attribution Window is. If your attribution window is 30-days, then your Account will be downgraded on the 30th day from the day you notified us in writing that you wanted to delete your Account.
You will be billed for any outstanding commissions, in-line with our standard billing practice, at the end of the billing term.
Pausing your Avelon subscription
To pause your Avelon subscription, you just need to let us know via email. We offer up to 3-months of pausing your subscription before cancelling your Account.
Your Account Manager will downgrade your Account and restrict access to your Account, but transactions will still be tracked and you will still be liable for all commissions due. You will not be liable for any subscription payments in this time.
What happens if I want to rejoin?
You can rejoin Avelon at any time. There’s no restrictions or bad-blood if you leave. Simply email your Account Manager to re-start your Account and we’ll get you back onboard.
