Upgrade/downgrade my subscription
Here’s how you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription in Avelon.
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you just need to let your Account Manager know. You currently can’t upgrade or downgrade within the platform automatically and it requires your Account Manager to perform this.
Once you have been upgraded or downgraded, your billing cycle will reset to the new billing cycle. Billing cycles cannot be upgraded/downgraded within a billing cycle, so your subscription will update at the start of the new billing cycle.
