Add / remove a user from my account
Here’s how to add a new user to your Account. You can set new users as either a user or an admin of the account. A simple user does not allow the user to add new users to user management, whilst Admin allows them to add new users to user management.
Please be aware that this is not how you add an affiliate to your account. This is how you add a colleague to your account to help you manage your program.
Add a new user to your account
To add a new user to your Account:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Users
- Click Add new user
- Enter all the information required
- Press Create
The user will be sent an email inviting them to become a user/admin on your account. Once they accept, they will be asked to reset their password and will be able to log in.
Remove a user from your account
To remove a user from your Account, just click Delete user next to the email you’d like to delete:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Users
- Click Delete next to the user you’d like to delete
