How to accept applications to your program
Here’s how to accept applications to your program.
Accepting affiliate applications takes one click. However, you can amend your agreement with the affiliate, or cancel the agreement altogether at any time once you’ve approved them. To accept an affiliate:
- Click My Affiliates > Applications
- A window will open up with all your outstanding Applications
- To Approve or Deny an application, click the yellow Approve or red Deny button on the right hand side
If you click Approve
If you click approve, the affiliate will immediately be approved and a pop-up will appear. The pop-up asks you to enter a discount code for the affiliate. This is optional, but most social media affiliates/ambassadors/athletes like a discount code assigned to them. If you are unsure of adding a discount code just yet, you can assign one at a later date.
The base level commission on your profile will automatically assign to the affiliate on approval. If you’d like to change the commission for this affiliate only:
- Click the yellow Set commission button next to the affiliates name
- Agreement > enter the commission % you’d like to assign to the affiliate
- Press the grey Update button
If you click Deny
If you click Deny, a pop-up will appear and you have the option to enter a message to the affiliate. This is completely optional. You will be required to press the red Deny button again in the bottom right corner of the pop-up.
Does the affiliate receive a notification?
Yes, the affiliate receives a notification as soon as you Approve or Deny them. Whenever you update your agreement with an affiliate; whether that be adding a discount code, updating their commission, denying their application or any other change that impacts the affiliate, we notify them via email and within the platform.
