How to invite your current affiliates to the platform
Step 1
Head to the ‘My Affiliates‘ page in your Avelon account and click the tab which is labelled ‘Invitations’.
Step 2
Click the ‘Invite affiliate to join Avelon‘ button which is yellow and just underneath the ‘Search for Affiliates‘ search bar. This will open a pop-up box where you enter all the affiliate information requested in. The more info you enter now, the less information the affiliate will have to fill in when they accept your invitation. Press ‘Invite‘ at the bottom of the form.
What happens next?
The system will send the affiliate an invitation to your program via email with an ‘accept‘ or ‘deny‘ link. If the user presses accept, the system will create their profile, add them into your program and send them a tracking link on your behalf. You will be notified that the affiliate has accepted your invite, too.
If you receive an error code which states that an invite could not be sent to the affiliate, this may be because the affiliate is already on Avelon. You can simply enter their name into the ‘Search for Affiliate‘ bar at the top of the screen to find this affiliate or use the ‘Affiliate Search‘ feature.
