Auto-Accepting Affiliate Program Applications

The Auto-accepting Affiliate function is designed to save you time by automatically accepting any affiliate that applies to your affiliate program.

We highly recommend using the features outlined below to set a custom period of time in which affiliates are held in the 'Pending' decision.

This gives your team time to reject any unsuitable applicants whilst not having to manually accept those that you do want to join your affiliate program.

Step 1.

Head to the 'Settings' page in your Avelon Account and scroll down to find the Auto accept affiliate program applications.

Step 2.

Select whether you would like to manually or automatically approve affiliate program applications f- the default is set to manually approve.

Step 3.

Here you can set an acceptance delay. We recommend at least a 10-minute delay, as the platform takes 30-minutes to process affiliate applications, thus, taking the delay to 40-minutes.

Press save. The system doesn't auto-save, so remember to press Save All Changes.
