We then give you 13-days to query any commissions and then debit your designated card with the outstanding amount on the <b>14th December<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p><p>This 13-day period is designed to give you time to check all the commission earnings and notify us of any changes. This includes any refunds, part-refunds or cancellations.<\/p><p>Please be aware that the final time for submitting manual order reviews is the <b>13th of the month at 23:59<\/b>. From that moment on, all commissions become due and once debited from your account, they are non-refundable. You can view a commission status in your Sales Insight tool under <b>&#8216;status&#8217;.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d427732 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d427732\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What do the status' on Sales Insight mean?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64062f53 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64062f53\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The status of an order indicates whether an order has been approved for commission payment or not. The order status of the previous months invoices automatically changes to <b>Approved <\/b>on the <b>13th of every month at 23:59<\/b> &#8211; unless you have requested a manual order review.<\/p><p>The status&#8217; and their meanings are outlined below:<\/p><ul><li><b>Pending:<\/b> the order is within the manual order review window for the current month. A manual order review can be requested up until the 13th of the month at 23:59<\/li><li><b>Approved:<\/b> the order has been approved automatically and is now due for payment<\/li><li><b>Cancelled:<\/b> the order has been cancelled by manual order review and you will not be charged for the commission due. The order will remain on your Sales Insight but the status will remain as &#8216;cancelled&#8217;. The affiliate will be notified of the cancellation and the reasoning for the cancellation on your behalf<\/li><li><b>Under review: <\/b>the order has been submitted for manual order review. Manual order reviews take 24-72 hours to process. You will not be charged for this commission until the review process is completed<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f3c6ef9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1f3c6ef9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Can I request a manual order review?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45fc5a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"45fc5a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The status of an order indicates whether an order has been approved for commission payment or not. You can request a manual order review if an order requires adjustment. Scenarios for adjustment can be that an order has been returned, part-returned or cancelled.\u00a0<\/p><p>You will be required to submit evidence for a manual order review, including:<\/p><ul><li>Reason for manual order review<\/li><li>Explanation for manual order review<\/li><li>Evidence of change to the order<\/li><\/ul><div>You will also be required to agree to our manual order review terms and conditions. These terms are already outlined in your platform terms of service, but we just give you a nudge on them anyway.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85e9d09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"85e9d09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">When do affiliates get paid?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ce1cf1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ce1cf1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Affiliates get paid on the last day of the month that the invoice was paid. Please be aware that you must be the main account holder to access the Billing Hub.
