However, you can amend your agreement with the affiliate, or cancel the agreement altogether at any time once you&#8217;ve approved them. To accept an affiliate:<\/p><ol><li>Click&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">My Affiliates&nbsp;<\/span>&gt;&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Applications<\/span><\/li><li>A window will open up with all your outstanding Applications<\/li><li>To Approve or Deny an application, click the yellow&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Approve&nbsp;<\/span>or red&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Deny&nbsp;<\/span>button on the right hand side<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98e6330 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"98e6330\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">If you click Approve<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a9bbc3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a9bbc3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you click approve, the affiliate will <b>immediately<\/b> be approved and a pop-up will appear. The pop-up asks you to enter a discount code for the affiliate. This is optional, but most social media affiliates\/ambassadors\/athletes like a discount code assigned to them.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); font-family: var(--uicore-typography--p-f,'Inter'); font-style: var(--uicore-typography--p-st,'normal'); font-weight: var(--uicore-typography--p-w,'600'); letter-spacing: var(--uicore-typography--p-ls,'-0.027em'); text-transform: var(--uicore-typography--p-t,'none');\">If you are unsure of adding a discount code just yet, you can assign one at a later date.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The base level commission on your profile will automatically assign to the affiliate on approval. If you&#8217;d like to change the commission for this affiliate only:<\/p><ol><li>Click the yellow&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Set commission&nbsp;<\/span>button next to the affiliates name<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Agreement&nbsp;<\/span>&gt; enter the commission % you&#8217;d like to assign to the affiliate<\/li><li>Press the grey&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Update&nbsp;<\/span>button<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8824ed0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8824ed0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">If you click Deny<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f18924 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f18924\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you click <b>Deny<\/b>, a pop-up will appear and you have the option to enter a message to the affiliate. This is completely optional. Whenever you update your agreement with an affiliate; whether that be adding a discount code, updating their commission, denying their application or any other change that impacts the affiliate, we notify them via email and within the platform.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-467bbd96 elementor-widget
