Shopify does not allow Basic, Grow or Advanced plans to create store credit for their customers. We recommend using Gift Cards if you use Basic, Grow or Advanced Shopify plans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>To access the gifting ecosystem, you must have:<\/p><ol><li>The Avelon Shopify app connected to your account (updated to v3.0)<\/li><li>Admin access to your Avelon account.
